This role is a critical growth hire focused on expanding new‑logo relationships with retail brands.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Individual Contributor sales professional with a pure hunter / new‑business mandate. This person will be responsible for originating and closing new relationships with retail brands, selling fixtures and store buildout solutions.
This is not an account management or farmer role. Success is defined by closing deals with new brands, new programs, and new revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Must‑Have Experience:
1. Proven hunter with documented new‑logo wins
2. Experience selling one or more of the following:
• Retail fixturing
• Retail store buildouts
• Millwork, fixtures, or specialty construction
• Rollout‑based construction or branded environments
3. Track record selling to retail brands (not just GCs or distributors)
4. Comfortable with:
• Long sales cycles
• Complex stakeholder environments
Strongly Preferred
• Senior IC background (not looking to manage a team)
• Experience working with national or multi‑location retail clients
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight

• Not an account management or upselling role
• Not a territory maintenance position
• Not a junior or transactional sales role
• Not a stepping‑stone management role

Role Summary:
The Account Executive is a detail-oriented, results-driven, relationship and communications expert with the specific role of serving as the main interface with clients. The Account Executive is the face of the Company and works to ensure that client’s expectations are clear, understood, and that the Company will deliver high quality results on time and on budget.
Looking for a customer service driven individual to manage retail environments and fixture projects with clients. The Account Executive manages relationships and serves as the liaison between design and production teams and the client. Outstanding customer service skills, flexibility, and attention to detail are critical. In this role you will identify client requirements, determine production timelines, resolve issues, communicate job status, while coordinating all details with the client. Account Executives build relationships further to proactively identify additional opportunities to serve our customers.

Please note:
The ideal candidate will be someone who has led the HR function for various companies with varied background in Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Talent Management, with good legal HR knowledge.
This would be a great position for someone who is a partially retired HR Exec and/or the financial ability to work part-time and stay connected to the function.
Must be a combination of strategic and tactical. There is no current HR function or personnel so a roll-up your sleeves mentality is a must; delegation will require a mirror.
The position will report to the COO and initially around 25-30 hours per week to get some initiatives accomplished, with a target of around 10 hours per week thereafter.

Position will likely be an Independent Contractor/1099 status.
