Most large search firms can charge fees equivalent to 30% to 50% of the candidate’s starting salary, due to their overhead costs. We strive to create the same value for less, while maintaining lower overhead costs. Most of our retained searches are in the 10-20% range. Extremely difficult positions with a small pool of qualified candidates could be more, due to the large amount of hours involved.
